PolandGALLERYCONVERSATION
Maternity is one of the most important and at the same the most beautiful and pure kind of relationship between two people.

The relationship between a mother and child, especially in its first moments, seems to have remained unchanged since time immemorial.

My experience, as the mother of a 1 year old, has been that the relationship between mother and child is hard, complex, confusing, scary, even painful, as well as wonderful and joyous, etc. It bugs me that so often motherhood is portrayed in such a one-dimensional way--as one of the most intense relationships in life, it naturally encompasses a full range of moods, tones, emotions; ever-changing.

I thought that this stor was extremly good. I can not tell you what the connection between a mother and her child is like. My mother on the other hand is a single mother for 9 and it is unbelieveable how much respect we have for her. Not just her but women all around the world. For being one of the younger of the children my mother and i have a very close relationship and i cherish every moment

Although I am not a mother yet, I plan on becoming one. I feel that being a mother would be one of the greatest experiences to have. The relationship between my mother and I is amazing and i owould not change one thing about it. She is my best friend and will always be. However, many girls/boys do not have the same type of relationship that i do, but i do think the initial moments of birth remain
Morgan (United States)
Although I cannot say, I can only imagne the connection between a mother and her child. My mom and I have a very close connection and this connetion has only grown over the past few years. I am a college student and I although I love school, I love going home to see my mom. I have total respect for mothers everywhere...it is defintely the hardest job on earth, but I believe the most rewarding.
